Printer Problems
Through remote computer support, I can fix your printer if it’s not printing. Does it say it’s “offline” or “driver not available”? Is the size or color wrong? Will it not print on both sides?
Diagnostics
Is it hardware? Software? Is there something wrong with my Internet? Or is it something else? If something seems wrong with your computer but you’re just not sure what, I have the experience and know-how to figure it out.
Slow computer
There are so many things running on a computer that can slow it down. I can remove or shut off any unnecessary programs to make your computer more efficient. I also clean it up, make sure it’s up to date and has the most current virus protection to keep you safe. I even check to make sure it’s mechanically sound. If you’re thinking “Someone please fix my computer” give me a call.
Email setup
Having trouble logging in to your email? Want a new address? Need to clean out your inbox? Are you getting email errors? I can help.
Remote support
Through the miracle of modern technology I can work with your computer without being in your home! It’s called Remote IT Support and it’s easy, safe, and effective. Better than in-home computer repair.
Hard drive back up
I’ll make sure all your important files (documents, photos, videos etc.) are saved outside your computer. That way there is a copy for your vault or family, and you never have to worry about the dreaded computer crash losing your stuff.
